With a history spanning two decades, the International Symposium on Precision Mechanical (ISPMM) has been providing a forum for global talents to exchange new ideas on core issues pertinent to measurement science and technology. ISPMM2025, organized by Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), will be held in Binhu Hefei, China. On behalf of the organizers of ISPMM2025, we would like to welcome you to the grand event sincerely.
Binhu District, between the Huaihe River and the Yangtze River, sits on the edge of the Chaohu Lake and reaches the sea through the South Feihe River. The construction of Binhu District makes Hefei a real Lakeside city and Chaohu Lake scenery line has become the main feature and charm of Hefei. Relying on the ecological resources of Chaohu Lake, the new district has built several large parks, such as the Hefei Binhu National Forest Park. It is the China's first national forest park transformed by returning farmland to forests, with an anion content of 2,500-3,000 per cubic centimeter, known as the “City's green lung”. Besides, Binhu is also the financial and administrative center of Hefei. Hefei international financial backstage service base gathered 22 financial institutions such as ICBC and BOC with a total investment of more than 25 billion CNY. The Binhu New District integrates administration, finance, culture, tourism, and ecology. It has become a benchmark for modern urban areas in Anhui. We believe the conference will promote innovation-driven development with a global perspective in beautiful Binhu.
