Submission
The official language of the conference is English and manuscripts must be written in English. The submitted papers should present previously unpublished, original results that are not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. All papers will be rigorously peer-reviewed by members of the international program committee of ISPMM2023, all papers will be published in IEEE proceedings. Selected papers will be published in Optical Engineering (SCI), Optics and Precision Engineering(光学精密工程, EI) etc. The papers receiving the highest scores will be awarded as the Best Conference Paper Award and Best Student Paper Award.
